Moving on..

In an attempt too get my bank over $100 i decided to venture over to the $0.50/1 limit omahahaahah tables too give it a whirl. I ended up doing rather well and with the able of a 2nd place in a 50 man $3 tourney the bank is now at $120.

So i have decided to bonus whore with my mighty roll. Poker source online seems to be the best place to do it with there "free money" offers so i will have too see which is the easiest to clear at micro's. I dont want to be stuck on one site for too long, specially not UB.

September has been a bit meh so far, lost a buy-in at NL 10. Here's the hand:

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.05/$0.10 Blinds - 10 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

Hero (SB): $10.00

Turn: ($1.60) A (4 Players)

Hero checks, BB checks, MP2 bets $1.50, CO raises all-in to $16.71, Hero calls all-in for $9.60, BB folds, MP2 calls all-in for $8.59

Hero had 5 A (two pairs, Aces and Sixes) and LOST (-$10.00)

I think i should of folded too the shove. Early though i raised 56s UTG, 3 callers, and then a LP shortstacker shoves for $2, Villan ^ shoved all in for $11 and flipped over AJs so i thought he seemed a bit lose and felt two pair could be good.

NL 5 i am up 2 buy-ins though. But it's been very up and down, i seem to start a session well then finish but losing a few stacks which is very frustrating.

Hand pretty much played itself i feel. Raising pre-flop was an opition but when it's not suited i am play it more passivly. After the hand i was pondering my turn shove. Big blind took a long time too decide too fold so i thought maybe a raise to $3 would of been better too get him to call but i think i played it right and that's just results getting in the way.

Villan in the hand is one of the reg's i play with, i dont know if he's good or just very lucky. I have 1.2k hands n him and his stats are 52/6/0.4 but he's up over 7 buy-ins, he just be lucky. When he bet out the turn i knew he had something, i thought maybe the lower straight or just a flush draw.

This hand is always one that catches me out while i am playing it. While i have been more agressive in my game i tend too freeze up sometimes and play hands far too passively.

I flopped at monster draw but didnt know what too do being OOP. I think a c/r on the flop would of definitly been the way too go, but when i get called and the turn comes and doesnt help me i never know if i should lead out or check. Then there is the various situations which i could end up in on the turn that i dont really know how too deal with so i end playing passively so i am not left with a tough decision too make.

Alot of this comes from my lack of knowledge of pot odds and %'s of winning. Definitly something i need too work on.
