Learning when to quit

Decided too play on Wednesday night late enough when i was tired, big mistake. Knowing when not too play and when too stop playing when i am tired or just not in the mood is gonna be a very important attribute i will need too learn if i want to move up.

I was playing awful on wednesday, making calls i shouldnt, raising and trying too push people off hands when i knew they weren't going too fold.

This hand sums up everything that was wrong with my play on Wednesday.

At the time i was just thinking "Fuck it, might aswell call for the sake of it." I tend lose concentration easily when my mind is not fully focused and i just do stupid things to amuse myself.
