Another weekend gone, at 5 buy-ins lost. My roll was desimated again this weekend. This unfortunatly means I have had too drop down too NL 10 as i only have $250 in my poker account. My current progress tracking hasnt included stints at nl 50 which shows a loss of $200, from now on I'll do a split update on all levels.

Taking shots at NL 50 really cost me alot. It took away the comfort level I had of knowing I could handle a bad swing a NL 20 but without the extra $200 I couldnt.
It's not all bad though, I expet too receive alot of rake for this month so I should be up at NL 20 nearly straight away. I mightnt even bother with NL 10 and just take a break until i get my rakeback and play some $6.50 45 mans.
I think particpating in a session review on 2+2 might be a massive help too me as having some else look over my play would be great.
