Getting spanked in Non showdown pots

So over the last 1.9k hands the biggest pot I lost was $48, yet I am down $300 in non-showdown pots which is area of concern for me. Before NL $100 aot of my money came from non-showdown pots so to be leaking alot here isnt good at all. I've definitly had trouble dealing with players who keep floating me or raising my flop. I usually think they are full of shit, but when anytime I've look them up they have it, typical!

Going to review a view of the hands I play badly and try go through a better line for them and why.

Hand 1:

Villan is 15/8/34(2/5) . Flop agg Fq is 33(2.9) Fold to c-bet stat is 63% over 759 hands.

MP3

CO
($76.00)
BTN
($101.60)
SB
($43.20)
BB
($69.44)

Pre-flop: ($1.50, 9 players) Hero is UTG+1

UTG calls $1, Hero raises to $5, 2 folds, MP3 calls $5, 4 folds, UTG calls $4

Flop: ($16.50, 3 players)
UTG checks, Hero checks, MP3 bets $10, UTG folds, Hero calls $10

Flop the GS and the BD flush drew but I checked. The reason I checked is because as I said I had being getting floated alot and was hoping to be able to peel a free turn card. Once be bets I decided to check and see what the turn brings. I should of just lead flop or c/f. Playing this hand OOP is going to be tough unless a non J diamond peels off, even then with a 4 to a straight I probaly aint getting paid off unless he has the Q.

Turn: ($36.50, 2 players)
Hero checks, MP3 bets $30, Hero calls $30

This obviously helped me but I wasnt sure how to proceed, still aint! I was planning to crai put when he bet so large I didnt think I had any Fold equity so I just called thinking if a heart hits I am stacking him, aswell as any Jack.

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 25.157% 25.16% 00.00% 321 0.00 { AhQh }
Hand 1: 74.843% 74.84% 00.00% 955 0.00 { TT-99, QJs, T9s, 9d8d, 8d7d, QJo, T9o }

So I'm 3/1 against his range and getting 2/1 on the call. Our implied odds are the size of the current pot + what we have left by the price of the call so it's....

$66.50 + $75 / $30 = so it's 4.7/1 which is good enough, especially when I stoved him best range. Since there is always a chance he is bluffing, we probaly have a bit more equity. In this spot I feel I should of crai here. That's area I've been trying to work on to couter-act people floating me but I am never sure what are good spots to do it in.

River: ($96.50, 2 players)
Hero checks, MP3 bets $96.50, Hero folds

Final Pot: $193
MP3 shows:

MP3 wins $190 ( won +$48.50 )
UTG lost -$5.00
Hero lost -$45.00

lol, Nice "bluff"

Hand 2:

Villan is 25/1/27(3.2) over 420 hands. He folds to c-bets 33% of the time. His turn agg Frew is 17(1.8) and river is 26(10.0). He's gone to SD 18% and won 36%.

First and biggest mistake of the hand, should of folded pre.

Flop: ($13, 3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $9, CO calls $9, SB folds

Flopped the OESD draw so a good a flop as any to c-bet on.

Turn: ($31, 2 players)
Hero bets $18, CO calls $18

Was undecided if this was a good card or not. I decided to double barrell the turn as I felt I was planning on c/c if he bet so at least if he bets I ge some FE. The only probaly with this card is hands like 8's, 78, arent going to fold. but I still think I can get Tx to fold. I think my draw is to big too chek/fold aswell.

River: ($67, 2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $67.30, Hero folds

Again not sure on this card so decided to check hoping to see a cheap showdown, but looking at it now I think I should of lead for $40. He's never going to check behind with a hand I beat and if he bets I have a hard time to call, his pot shove looks like such a bluff and I timed down thinking if I should call.

But the problem is hand he can be bluff shoving here still have me beat, 8's 9's, Tx, 6x etc.

Final Pot: $134.30

CO wins $131.30 ( won +$33.00 )
SB lost -$4.00
Hero lost -$31.00
